sec.97 Particular approval notices prescribed— Act , s 26 (1) (c)
An approval notice given to a registered service provider is prescribed for section 26 (1) (c) of the Act . See section 74 (3) for the requirement for an approval notice given to a registered service provider to state that the provider’s place of business is required to be open to inspection by an authorised officer when the place is open for the conduct of business or otherwise open for entry.
