sec.92 False advertising

A person who is not a registered service provider must not publish, or cause to be published, an advertisement stating or implying the person— is a registered service provider; or may provide Q-Ride training; or may complete a competency declaration for a person. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units. s 92 amd 2016 SL No. 150 s 15

(a) is a registered service provider; or
(b) may provide Q-Ride training; or
(c) may complete a competency declaration for a person.
