sec.91 False statements
A person (the first person) who is not a registered service provider must not state, either orally or in writing, anything to another person that is likely to induce the other person to believe the first person— is a registered service provider; or may provide Q-Ride training; or may complete a competency declaration for a person. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units. s 91 amd 2016 SL No. 150 s 14
