sec.90 Ratio of eligible persons to rider trainers giving Q-Ride training
A registered service provider must not allow an employee of the provider who is a rider trainer to give Q-Ride training if the provider knows, or reasonably ought to know, that by giving the training the trainer would commit an offence against section 39 . Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
