sec.80 Voluntary surrender of pt 3 approval
A holder of a part 3 approval may surrender the approval by written notice given to the chief executive. The surrender takes effect— on the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice, on the later day. (sec.80-ssec.1) A holder of a part 3 approval may surrender the approval by written notice given to the chief executive. (sec.80-ssec.2) The surrender takes effect— on the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice, on the later day.
