sec.79 Immediate cancellation
A part 3 approval is immediately cancelled on the happening of either of the following events— if the holder of the approval is an individual—the individual dies or becomes an insolvent under administration; if the holder is a body corporate—the corporation is wound up.
- (a) if the holder of the approval is an individual—the individual dies or becomes an insolvent under administration;
- (b) if the holder is a body corporate—the corporation is wound up.
