sec.72 Decision on application
The chief executive must consider the application within 28 days after receiving all information relevant to the application and, subject to section 147D (4) and (5) — grant the application, with or without conditions the chief executive considers reasonable and relevant; or refuse to grant the application. s 72 amd 2018 SL No. 11 s 15
