sec.170 Permits for protection of roads and structures
This section applies to a permit— either— issued under part 5A of the repealed regulation; or continued in force under section 132 of the repealed regulation; and in force immediately before the commencement. The permit— is taken to have been issued under part 6 of this regulation; and continues according to its terms. (sec.170-ssec.1) This section applies to a permit— either— issued under part 5A of the repealed regulation; or continued in force under section 132 of the repealed regulation; and in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.170-ssec.2) The permit— is taken to have been issued under part 6 of this regulation; and continues according to its terms.
- (a) either— (i) issued under part 5A of the repealed regulation; or (ii) continued in force under section 132 of the repealed regulation; and
- (i) issued under part 5A of the repealed regulation; or
- (ii) continued in force under section 132 of the repealed regulation; and
- (b) in force immediately before the commencement.
- (i) issued under part 5A of the repealed regulation; or
- (ii) continued in force under section 132 of the repealed regulation; and
- (a) is taken to have been issued under part 6 of this regulation; and
- (b) continues according to its terms.
