sec.167 Approved interlock providers
This section applies to an approval of a person as an approved interlock provider— granted under part 4B of the repealed regulation; and in force immediately before the commencement. The approval— is taken to have been granted under part 4 of this regulation; and if the approval was subject to a relevant condition immediately before the commencement—continues in force subject to the condition. Subsection (2)(b) does not limit section 117. (sec.167-ssec.1) This section applies to an approval of a person as an approved interlock provider— granted under part 4B of the repealed regulation; and in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.167-ssec.2) The approval— is taken to have been granted under part 4 of this regulation; and if the approval was subject to a relevant condition immediately before the commencement—continues in force subject to the condition. (sec.167-ssec.3) Subsection (2)(b) does not limit section 117.
