This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement— was approved as a nominee for the holder of an AIS approval under section 100B of the repealed regulation; or was taken, under section 128 of the repealed regulation, to be an approved nominee for the holder of an AIS approval. The person is taken to be a nominee for the holder of the AIS approval under this regulation.
