sec.165 Existing AIS approvals
This section applies to an AIS approval— granted under part 4A of the repealed regulation; and in force immediately before the commencement. The approval— is taken to have been granted under part 3; and if the approval was subject to a relevant condition immediately before the commencement—continues in force subject to the relevant condition. Subsection (2)(b) does not limit section 76. (sec.165-ssec.1) This section applies to an AIS approval— granted under part 4A of the repealed regulation; and in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.165-ssec.2) The approval— is taken to have been granted under part 3; and if the approval was subject to a relevant condition immediately before the commencement—continues in force subject to the relevant condition. (sec.165-ssec.3) Subsection (2)(b) does not limit section 76.
