sec.162 Nominated persons for registered service providers
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was— a nominated person for a registered service provider under section 86 of the repealed regulation; or authorised, under section 124 of the repealed regulation, to sign a competency declaration for a registered service provider as if the person were a nominated person. The person is taken to be a nominated person for section 86 until the nomination is discontinued by the registered service provider or the nominated person. (sec.162-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was— a nominated person for a registered service provider under section 86 of the repealed regulation; or authorised, under section 124 of the repealed regulation, to sign a competency declaration for a registered service provider as if the person were a nominated person. (sec.162-ssec.2) The person is taken to be a nominated person for section 86 until the nomination is discontinued by the registered service provider or the nominated person.
- (a) a nominated person for a registered service provider under section 86 of the repealed regulation; or
- (b) authorised, under section 124 of the repealed regulation, to sign a competency declaration for a registered service provider as if the person were a nominated person.
