sec.161 Existing registration as registered service provider
Subsection (2) applies to a registration as a registered service provider— granted under part 4 of the repealed regulation; and in force immediately before the commencement. The registration— is taken to have been granted under part 3; and if the registration was subject to a relevant condition immediately before the commencement—continues in force subject to the condition. Subsection (2)(b) does not limit section 76. (sec.161-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies to a registration as a registered service provider— granted under part 4 of the repealed regulation; and in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.161-ssec.2) The registration— is taken to have been granted under part 3; and if the registration was subject to a relevant condition immediately before the commencement—continues in force subject to the condition. (sec.161-ssec.3) Subsection (2)(b) does not limit section 76.
