sch.1-sec.2 Maintaining competency
A driver trainer must maintain at least the level of competence, to give pre-licence driver training, equivalent to the level of competence required to successfully complete the approved training course mentioned in section 27 (c) . A rider trainer must maintain at least the level of competence, to give Q-Ride training, equivalent to the level of competence required to successfully complete the approved training course mentioned in section 34 (b) . sch 1 s 2 amd 2018 SL No. 11 s 24 (sch.1-sec.2-ssec.1) A driver trainer must maintain at least the level of competence, to give pre-licence driver training, equivalent to the level of competence required to successfully complete the approved training course mentioned in section 27 (c) .
