sec.89 Prescribed details for booking record
For section 80 (1) (b) of the Act , the following details of a booking for a booked hire service are prescribed— information given by the hirer of the service that is sufficient to identify the hirer; name, mobile number, username, name of an organisation the date and time when the passengers are to be picked up; the location where the passengers are to be picked up; if a fare estimate for the service is given to the hirer under section 88 —the estimated amount of the fare.
