sec.77O Prescribed matters for audit reports— Act , s 67ZG
For section 67ZG (2) of the Act , the following matters are prescribed— the name of the person who carried out the audit; when, or the period during which, the audit was carried out; each place where the audit was carried out; the name and address of each person whose business activities were audited; the findings made by the person who carried out the audit and the person’s reasons for the findings, including a summary of the evidence or other material on which the findings are based. s 77O ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 23
- (a) the name of the person who carried out the audit;
- (b) when, or the period during which, the audit was carried out;
- (c) each place where the audit was carried out;
- (d) the name and address of each person whose business activities were audited;
- (e) the findings made by the person who carried out the audit and the person’s reasons for the findings, including a summary of the evidence or other material on which the findings are based.
