sec.77M Record keeping in relation to safety management plans
If a safety management plan for a responsible duty holder is amended under section 77K (3) , the responsible duty holder must ensure the amendment is recorded in the safety management plan. See also section 276A . s 77M ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 23
