sec.77G Development of safety management plans
A safety management plan for a responsible duty holder must be developed having regard to each of the following matters— the people involved in providing the road-based public passenger service; the vehicles used to provide the road-based public passenger service; any other matter relevant to the activities carried out by the duty holder in the course of providing the road-based public passenger service. s 77G ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 23
- (a) the people involved in providing the road-based public passenger service;
- (b) the vehicles used to provide the road-based public passenger service;
- (c) any other matter relevant to the activities carried out by the duty holder in the course of providing the road-based public passenger service.
