sec.77F Purpose of division
For section 67ZB (2) of the Act , this division prescribes requirements for a safety management plan. Under section 67ZC (1) of the Act , a responsible duty holder must have a safety management plan that complies with the requirements of section 67ZB . The maximum penalty for a contravention of section 67ZC (1) of the Act is 100 penalty units for an individual or 1,000 penalty units for a corporation.
