sec.46 Category B driver disqualifying offences—exclusion action
This section applies if the chief executive takes exclusion action under section 28B of the Act in relation to a person who has been convicted of a category B driver disqualifying offence. The chief executive must give the person a regulation notice about the decision to take the exclusion action.
