sec.326 Directions for review of incident management plan under repealed standard

This section applies if, before the commencement, the chief executive gave an operator of a relevant service a direction under the repealed standard, section 37(2) to review the operator’s current incident management plan. The repealed standard, section 37(3) continues to apply in relation to the direction as if the amendment regulation had not been made and the repealed standard, section 37(3) were still in force. In this section— incident management plan means a plan complying with the repealed standard, section 35. s 326 ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 36 (sec.326-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the chief executive gave an operator of a relevant service a direction under the repealed standard, section 37(2) to review the operator’s current incident management plan. (sec.326-ssec.2) The repealed standard, section 37(3) continues to apply in relation to the direction as if the amendment regulation had not been made and the repealed standard, section 37(3) were still in force.
