sec.324 Requirement to keep incident reports under repealed standard

This section applies if, before the commencement, an operator filled in an incident report under the repealed standard, section 34(2). The repealed standard, section 34(3) continues to apply in relation to the operator as if the amendment regulation had not been made and the repealed standard, section 34(3) were still in force.
