sec.321 Driver training records to be kept under repealed standard

This section applies if, before the commencement, an operator of a relevant service was required to keep a record under the repealed standard, section 20(5). The repealed standard, section 20(5) continues to apply to the operator in relation to the record as if the amendment regulation had not been made and the repealed standard, section 20(5) were still in force.
