sec.319 Existing no standing passenger roads

This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a road had been notified by the chief executive, by gazette notice, as a road on which a relevant vehicle that is a bus must not carry standing passengers under the repealed standard, schedule 4, definition no standing passenger road .
