sec.309 Definitions for subdivision

In this subdivision— amendment regulation means the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2026 . former , in relation to a provision of this regulation, means the section as in force from time to time before the commencement. incident report means a report complying with the repealed standard, section 36. new , in relation to a provision of this regulation, means the section as in force from the commencement. repealed standard means the repealed Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Standard 2010 . s 309 ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 36
