sec.296 Existing entitlement to review of decisions
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person— was entitled to apply— under section 102 of the Act for an internal review of a decision made under an expired provision; or under section 103 of the Act for an external review of a reviewed decision; and See also section 134 and schedule 7 of the expired regulation. had not applied for the review. The decision mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(i) or the reviewed decision mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(ii) is, for the purposes of an application for review made after the commencement, taken to have been made under the corresponding provision for the expired provision under which it was made.
