sec.293 Existing requirement or authorisation to keep or disclose records

This section applies in relation to a record required or authorised to be kept or disclosed under an expired provision. The requirement or authorisation to keep or disclose the record— continues in effect; and is taken to be imposed or given under the corresponding provision for the expired provision.
