sec.292 Existing requirement to return a thing

This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person— was required, under an expired provision, to return a thing to another person; and had not yet returned the thing. a certificate evidencing operator accreditation required to be returned to the chief executive under section 14 of the expired regulation a temporarily assigned interim taxi driver display card required to be returned to the operator of a taxi service under section 96AX of the expired regulation The requirement to return the thing— continues in effect; and is taken to be imposed under the corresponding provision for the expired provision. • (a) was required, under an expired provision, to return a thing to another person; and
• (b) had not yet returned the thing. • • a temporarily assigned interim taxi driver display card required to be returned to the operator of a taxi service under section 96AX of the expired regulation
• (a) continues in effect; and
• (b) is taken to be imposed under the corresponding provision for the expired provision.
