sec.291 Existing requirement to do a thing
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person— was required, under an expired provision, to do a thing; and had not yet done the thing. The requirement to do the thing— continues in effect; and is taken to be imposed under the corresponding provision for the expired provision.
