sec.290 Expressions on existing authorising documents
This section applies to an authorising document for driver authorisation— continued in force under section 285; and that has the expression ‘Limo’, ‘Taxi’, ‘Sche’ or ‘TrMc’ on the document. The expressions ‘Limo’ and ‘Taxi’ are taken to be the expression ‘BHTX’ from the commencement. The expressions ‘Sche’ and ‘TrMc’ are taken to be the expression ‘Genr’ from the commencement. (sec.290-ssec.1) This section applies to an authorising document for driver authorisation— continued in force under section 285; and that has the expression ‘Limo’, ‘Taxi’, ‘Sche’ or ‘TrMc’ on the document. (sec.290-ssec.2) The expressions ‘Limo’ and ‘Taxi’ are taken to be the expression ‘BHTX’ from the commencement. (sec.290-ssec.3) The expressions ‘Sche’ and ‘TrMc’ are taken to be the expression ‘Genr’ from the commencement.
