sec.288 Existing requirement to notify, inform or give report
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a person is required, under an expired provision, to notify, inform, or give a report to, another person; and the notification, information or report has not been given. The requirement to notify, inform or give the report— continues in force; and is taken to be imposed under the corresponding provision for the expired provision.
