sec.28 Expressions on authorising document
The expression ‘BHTX’ on an authorising document for driver authorisation indicates that the authorised driver to whom the document relates is authorised to drive a vehicle used to provide a public passenger service. The expression ‘Genr’ on an authorising document for driver authorisation indicates that the authorised driver to whom the document relates is authorised to drive a vehicle used to provide a public passenger service other than— a booked hire service; or a taxi service. (sec.28-ssec.1) The expression ‘BHTX’ on an authorising document for driver authorisation indicates that the authorised driver to whom the document relates is authorised to drive a vehicle used to provide a public passenger service.
