sec.252 Creating disturbance or nuisance
A person must not create a disturbance or nuisance in or on a public passenger vehicle or public transport infrastructure unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. This section is prescribed for the Act , section 143AHA (4) , definition relevant provision , paragraph (b) . s 252 amd 2020 SL No. 26 s 7 (sec.252-ssec.1) A person must not create a disturbance or nuisance in or on a public passenger vehicle or public transport infrastructure unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
