sec.248 Selling, seeking business or conducting survey
A person on a regulated area must not publicly and personally— sell anything; or seek business; or conduct a survey. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Subsection (1) does not apply if the person has the permission of a responsible person for the regulated area. (sec.248-ssec.1) A person on a regulated area must not publicly and personally— sell anything; or seek business; or conduct a survey. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.248-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person has the permission of a responsible person for the regulated area.
