sec.247 Smoking
This section applies to a part of a regulated area (a non-smoking area ) if a sign is displayed by the chief executive in or near the regulated area indicating that smoking is not allowed in the non-smoking area. A person must not smoke in the non-smoking area. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.247-ssec.1) This section applies to a part of a regulated area (a non-smoking area ) if a sign is displayed by the chief executive in or near the regulated area indicating that smoking is not allowed in the non-smoking area.
