sec.245 Animals on regulated area
A person must not take an animal on, or allow an animal to stray onto, a regulated area. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Subsection (1) does not apply to a person if the animal is an assistance animal and the person has control of the animal. (sec.245-ssec.1) A person must not take an animal on, or allow an animal to stray onto, a regulated area. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
