sec.237 Riding as passenger on motorbike
The driver of a motorbike used to provide a public passenger service must not allow a person to ride as a passenger unless the driver is satisfied the safety of the driver, the person and other passengers on the motorbike is not unreasonably put at risk by allowing the person to ride as a passenger. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
