sec.222 Presenting vehicles for inspection
The chief executive may, by written notice, require the operator of a public passenger service to take a vehicle used to provide the service to a stated place within a stated period for inspection and testing. The operator must comply with the requirement. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —20 penalty units.
