sec.219 Equipment requirements for particular public passenger vehicles
An operator of a public passenger service that uses a public passenger vehicle mentioned in schedule 5 , column 1 to provide the service must ensure the vehicle complies with the requirements listed opposite the vehicle in column 2. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
