sec.206 Operation of camera systems
A person must not drive a vehicle to provide a booked hire service or taxi service while a vehicle security camera system, other than the following, is operating— an approved security camera system; a device operated by a passenger. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
- (a) an approved security camera system;
- (b) a device operated by a passenger.
