sec.18Q Requirements in relation to suitability of buses
The operator may only use a bus that is of a type suitable to provide the service. The operator is taken to comply with subsection (1) if the bus complies with the requirements stated in schedule 1AA , parts 7 and 8 . s 18Q ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 10 (sec.18Q-ssec.1) The operator may only use a bus that is of a type suitable to provide the service.
