sec.18B Applicants must complete training
An applicant for operator accreditation or renewal of operator accreditation must complete the training, if any, stated in an operator accreditation training notice. In this section— operator accreditation training notice means a notice published by the chief executive on the department’s website stating— the training, or a relevant part of the training, that a person applying for a grant or renewal of operator accreditation must complete; and any matters to be addressed in the training; and any minimum standards for the training. s 18B ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 10 (sec.18B-ssec.1) An applicant for operator accreditation or renewal of operator accreditation must complete the training, if any, stated in an operator accreditation training notice. (sec.18B-ssec.2) In this section— operator accreditation training notice means a notice published by the chief executive on the department’s website stating— the training, or a relevant part of the training, that a person applying for a grant or renewal of operator accreditation must complete; and any matters to be addressed in the training; and any minimum standards for the training.
