sec.187 Deciding application
After receiving the application for the grant or renewal of the booking entity authorisation, the chief executive must consider it and decide— to grant or renew the authorisation, with or without conditions; or to refuse, under section 189 , to grant or renew the authorisation.
- (a) to grant or renew the authorisation, with or without conditions; or
- (b) to refuse, under section 189 , to grant or renew the authorisation.
