sec.144 False or misleading information relating to assignment
A person must not give an operator of a taxi service, or an operator of a booked hire service provided using a taxi, information the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular relating to the assignment of an interim taxi driver display card to the person. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
