sec.136B Eligibility for lift payment
A person is eligible for a lift payment under the lift payment scheme for driving a wheelchair accessible taxi to provide a booked hire service or taxi service for an approved relevant person who is— a relevant person mentioned in section 78 , definition relevant person , paragraph (a) ; or another relevant person whom the chief executive is satisfied is dependent on a wheelchair for using a taxi for the provision of the booked hire service or taxi service. s 136B ins 2023 SL No. 111 s 8
