sec.135 When manual card reader must not be used
The driver of a taxi must not use a manual card reader unless— the taxi is an exempted taxi; or the approved card reader is not working properly or at all. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
- (a) the taxi is an exempted taxi; or
- (b) the approved card reader is not working properly or at all.
