sch.1AA-sec.30 Heavy buses
If the bus is a heavy bus, it must— be a single-decked bus; and comply with ADR 59/00. If the bus is being used to provide a school service, each passenger seat fitted to the bus must comply with ADR 68/00. sch 1AA s 30 ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 37 (sch.1AA-sec.30-ssec.1) If the bus is a heavy bus, it must— be a single-decked bus; and comply with ADR 59/00. (sch.1AA-sec.30-ssec.2) If the bus is being used to provide a school service, each passenger seat fitted to the bus must comply with ADR 68/00.
- (a) be a single-decked bus; and
- (b) comply with ADR 59/00.
