sch.1AA-sec.29 Light buses built to carry more than 16 passengers
This section applies if the bus is a light bus built to carry more than 16 passengers, whether seated or standing, not including the driver and crew. The bus must comply with ADR 59/00. If the bus is being used to provide a school service, each passenger seat fitted to the bus must comply with ADR 68/00. sch 1AA s 29 ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 37 (sch.1AA-sec.29-ssec.1) This section applies if the bus is a light bus built to carry more than 16 passengers, whether seated or standing, not including the driver and crew. (sch.1AA-sec.29-ssec.2) The bus must comply with ADR 59/00. (sch.1AA-sec.29-ssec.3) If the bus is being used to provide a school service, each passenger seat fitted to the bus must comply with ADR 68/00.
