The operator must obtain a certificate from a prescribed inspection entity stating that— the body, chassis, suspension, steering and brake components of the heavy bus are structurally sound, and serviceable; and the heavy bus complies with the ADRs required to be complied with under this regulation for an age zero refurbishment service life extension for the bus. sch 1AA s 18 ins 2026 SL No. 4 s 37
