sec.9 Application of part
This part applies to a Queensland regulated ship in Queensland waters, other than a ship— in smooth waters; or in partially smooth waters; or in other waters within 2n miles from land.
- (a) in smooth waters; or
- (b) in partially smooth waters; or
- (c) in other waters within 2n miles from land.
